1 bottle Veeba Thai Green Curry
1/2 bottle Water
1/2 bottle Coconut Milk
1/2 cup Diced Onions
1/2 cup Mushrooms
1/2 cup Chopped Carrots
1/4 cup Broccoli
1/2 cup Chopped Yellow Bell peppers
1/2 cup Chopped Red Bell Peppers
400g Blanched Boneless Chicken
Chopped Spring Onion greens for Garnish
1.Mix 1 Bottle of Veeba Thai Green Curry with half amount of water and half amount of Coconut Milk in a bowl and keep aside.
2. Take 400g boneless chicken dices and blanch in boiling water and keep aside.
3. Stir fry all the vegetables and then add the blanched chicken dices.
4. Add the curry mix to the stir-fried veggies & blanched chicken and bring to boil.
5. Serve with Rice or Noodles and Gobble!
