1/2 Bottle Veeba Chilli Chinese gravy
250g Diced Boneless Chicken
1 Whipped Egg
1tsp Corn Flour
1 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Black pepper
2 tbsp Oil
1/2 cup chopped Onion
1/2 cup chopped Bell pepper
1/2 cup chopped Red bell pepper
Chopped Spring Onion leaves
Mix half bottle Veeba Chilli Chinese Gravy with an equal amount of water in a bowl and keep aside.
2. Marinate 250g boneless chicken dices with 1 egg, a pinch of salt & pepper and 1tsp.cornflour. Fry till golden and keep aside.
3. Stir fry onions/ spring onions & bell peppers and add the prepared chicken.
4. Add the gravy mix to the stir-fried veggies & chicken and bring to boil.
5. Serve and Gobble!
