Ingredients:
1 bottle Veeba Chilli Black Bean Gravy
1 bottle water
1 tbsp oil
1/2 cup sliced onions
1/2 cup mushrooms
1/2 cup broccoli
1/2 cup diced red bell peppers
1/2 cup diced yellow bell peppers
300g diced paneer
Method:
Mix 1 bottle Veeba Chilli Black Bean Gravy with an equal amount of water in a bowl and keep aside.
Stir fry the vegetables of your choice like onions, carrots, bell peppers, broccoli, mushrooms etc. along with 250 gm paneer/ tofu.
Add the gravy mix to the stir-fried veggies & paneer/ tofu and bring to boil.
