Half bottle – Veeba Hot Garlic gravy
125ml – Water
2tsp – Corn Flour
Salt to Taste
1/2 tsp – Black Pepper Powder
250g – Diced Paneer
2tbsp – Oil
1/2 cup – chopped Onions
1/2 cup – Chopped Mushrooms
1/2 cup Chopped Bell Peppers
Chopped Spring Onions for garnish
1: Mix 125g (half bottle) Veeba Hot Garlic Gravy with an equal amount of water in a bowl and keep aside.
2: Take 2tsp. cornflour in a bowl, add a pinch of salt and pepper to it and make a batter using water. Dip 250 gm paneer dices in this batter, fry till golden and keep aside.
3: Stir fry the vegetables of your choice like Onions, Carrots, Bell Peppers, Broccoli, mushrooms etc. and add the prepared paneer.
4: Add the gravy mix to the stir-fried veggies & paneer and bring to boil.
