For Vegan Besan Laddoo:
Almonds, sliced 1/2 cup
Pistachio, chopped 1/2 cup
Jaggery powder 2-3 tbsp
1. Roast besan in 1/2 cup coconut oil on medium to low heat for 30 to 45 minutes.
2. Add the chopped nuts and jaggery powder.
3. Bind by pressing 2 tbsp of mixture together and roll into a lemon sized ball.
