1 bottle Veeba Thai Red Curry
1/2 bottle Water
1/2 bottle Coconut Milk
2 tbsp Oil
1/2 cup diced onion
1/2 cup Mushrooms
1/2 cup Sliced Red Bell peppers
1/2 cup sliced Yellow Bell pepper
1/2 cup chopped Carrots
1/4 cup Broccoli
Step 1: Mix 120g (half bottle) Veeba Thai Red Curry with an equal amount of water in a bowl and keep aside.
Step 2: Stir fry vegetables (approx. 350- 400 g) of your choice like onions, carrots, bell peppers, broccoli, mushrooms etc.
Step 3: Add the curry mix to the stir-fried veggies and bring to boil.
