It can be connected to a smartphone via a USB-C connector or a DJI Mic Series Mobile Receiver adapter (USB-C to Lightning) enabling plug-and-play functionality. It supports a maximum of two transmitters and one receiver configuration: it can connect to two DJI Mic Mini transmitters, or form pairwise connections with combinations of DJI Mic Mini, Mic 2, and Mic 3 transmitters. Additionally, it is equipped with a noise reduction level switch, supporting quick switching between noise reduction modes[4], with three options available: Off, Low, and High.
