A night in Madrid

What to do a night in Madrid by Gorila Travel

Madrid is a vibrant city with a rich nightlife. Here are some suggestions for things to do during a night in Madrid:

  1. Tapas Bar Hopping: Madrid is famous for its tapas bars. In neighborhoods like La Latina and Malasaña, you can find many places that serve a variety of tapas. It’s a fun way to experience the local cuisine and culture.
  2. Visit a Flamenco Show: Flamenco is a traditional Spanish dance, and Madrid has some excellent places to watch it. Some of the most renowned tablaos (flamenco venues) are Casa Patas, Corral de la Morería, and Cardamomo.
  3. Rooftop Bars: Madrid is famous for its beautiful rooftop bars that offer stunning views of the city. The Roof at ME Madrid Reina Victoria and the rooftop bar at the Circulo de Bellas Artes are a couple of excellent options.
  4. Nightclubs: Madrid is well-known for its vibrant nightlife. From techno clubs to salsa dancing, there’s something for everyone. Popular clubs include Teatro Kapital, a seven-story club with different music on each floor, and Pacha, which is famous for its house music.
  5. Visit the Gran Vía: This is the city’s most famous street and it’s full of life even late into the night. You’ll find shops, restaurants, theaters, and cinemas here.
  6. Retiro Park at Night: Although the park is closed at night, the area around it is quite lively, especially on the weekends. There are lots of bars and restaurants with outdoor terraces.
  7. Late Night Museums: Some museums in Madrid have late-night hours on certain days. For example, the Reina Sofia Museum is open until 9 pm on most days and until 7 pm on Sundays. The Prado Museum is also open until 8 pm on most days. It’s best to check the websites of these museums for the most current information.

Remember, Madrid is a city that stays up late, and it’s quite safe to wander around at night. Make sure to explore different neighborhoods and enjoy the local culture and cuisine.

Who are the Blue Angels Pensacola Florida

Blue Angels Pensacola Florida by Gorila Travel

The Blue Angels is the United States Navy’s flight demonstration squadron. The squadron was created in 1946, making it one of the oldest performing U.S. military aviation demonstration teams.

The Blue Angels are stationed at Naval Air Station (NAS) Pensacola, Florida, and they conduct their practice demonstrations over Pensacola Bay. The team performs airshows throughout the United States and the world to highlight the skill and professionalism of the United States Navy and Marine Corps.

The Blue Angels pilots fly McDonnell Douglas F/A-18 Hornets (as of my last update in September 2021) in a tightly choreographed, high-energy demonstration that includes formation flying and solo routines. The team consists of six demonstration pilots who perform aerial maneuvers, a narrator, a maintenance, and support team, and “Fat Albert,” a C-130 Hercules aircraft that provides logistical support for the team and participates in the air shows.

The Blue Angels’ air shows are a symbol of pride and precision, demonstrating the skill and dedication of the Navy’s aviators. They’re also a significant tool for military recruitment and public relations.

While in Pensacola, the Blue Angels often hold practices that are open to the public at the National Naval Aviation Museum. Visitors can watch the team’s intense precision flying up close, which is quite a unique experience.

DJI MAVIC 3 PRO by Red Wasp Drone

The DJI Mavic 3 Series features next-level imaging performance. Mavic 3 Pro’s triple-camera system ushers in a new era of camera drones by housing three sensors and lenses with different focal lengths. Equipped with a Hasselblad camera and dual tele cameras, Mavic 3 Pro is a triple-camera drone that unlocks new shooting perspectives, allowing you to embrace creative freedom further, capture fascinating scenery, explore photographic storytelling, and make cinematic masterpieces.
One camera drone, three lenses, and infinite imagination. Mavic 3 Pro, with the triple-camera system’s multiple focal lengths, can achieve an even richer camera language and fully express creativity with superior multi-scenario capabilities.

Mavic 3 Pro puts three widely used focal lengths into a compact aircraft to make my work more efficient and creative. The new 70mm lets me shoot unique scenes and delivers stunning image quality and spatial compression along with the 166mm, which supports my visual expression.

Inheriting the 4/3 CMOS Hasselblad camera of the Mavic 3 Series, Mavic 3 Pro is the next step for professional creation. The Hasselblad camera supports shooting 12-bit RAW photos with a native dynamic range of up to 12.8 stops, presenting unforgettable image details. The Hasselblad Natural Color Solution (HNCS) accurately restores the colors the human eye perceives, getting impressive shots without the need for heavy post-production or complex color presets.
The new 10-bit D-Log M color mode supports recording up to one billion colors. Even in high-contrast scenarios, like sunrises and sunsets, it delivers natural color gradations with delicate details for a full-spectrum visual experience. In addition, D-Log M mode reduces the difficulty of color grading, allowing you to fully enjoy efficient post-production without losing image quality or clarity.
